Lindsey Weiner, LMSW

Co-Founder

Welcome! My name is Lindsey. I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Somatic mindfulness therapist, energy/reiki worker and psychedelic therapy practitioner.

Following my own profound awakening and healing journey with psychedelics, I embarked on a year long plant medicine apprenticeship training. I am also trained in Hakomi (Somatic Mindfulness Psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and transpersonal psychology.  In addition to using a somatic, body-oriented, and transpersonal approach, I also incorporate trauma-informed care and indigenous wisdom that has been gifted through plant medicine traditions. I believe in offering an attuned, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel safe and held.

Therapeutic Approach:

Together we will learn how to bring awareness and compassion to present experience so that you can walk on your own unique path towards healing and wholeness. As a therapist and space holder, I integrate experiential, somatic, earth wisdom and mindfulness based approaches to help you reconnect to your inner wisdom and transform core beliefs and patterns.  I am honored to offer support for individuals wanting to engage in this deep and transformative work.

How I work with Clients:

I offer ongoing therapy for clients as well as psychedelic therapy services, including ketamine therapy through the Nashville Psychedelic Center. I am happy to offer a free 20 minute call so I can learn more about you and to see if we might be a good fit.

I believe there is a place of deep inner wisdom and intelligence in everyone. My goal is to help support your connection to your own inner guide, teacher, and compassionate presence as you cultivate the most important relationship you have – the one with you!
